Sudden Death's Privacy Policy
Sudden Death respects your privacy. Any names, addresses, email
addresses and other information collected by this site will remain
confidential.
No names, address, email address, or other information will be
sold or given to any third party without the expressed permission of
the individual.
No credit card numbers are stored anywhere on our servers. Sudden
Death uses third party vendors (such as PayPal and Kagi) to process all
credit card payments. This third party may or may not store your
credit card numbers for your convenience. This decision is entire
theirs and Sudden Death has no control over it.
Mailings sent to the Sudden Death mailing list are sent using
a custom script which emails all the names in our database. Your
email address is stored securely in our database
and is not open to spammers. In the event the database is ever
compromised you will be notified imediately.
