otherwise noted. No content on this web site may be reproduced
without permission. Links to this web site must link to the home
page (www.suddendeath.org) unless you are instructed otherwise
by someone speaking on behalf of this web site or the band.
No media on this site is to be directly linked to! This includes
images, Flash files, Shockwave files, Real Media files, and any other
content that may reside on this site. This is considered theft of
bandwidth. The only exception to this rule is banner ads which may
be placed on your site and run off our servers.
Use Of The Message Board
The message boards are unrestricted and open to all visitors
to post to and read. Registering with the message boards is
encouraged but optional.
Please use discretion when posting to the message boards. Sudden
Death believes in freedom of speech so as a rule any messages
posted will not be censored. However, please keep in mind that
there may be children reading the messages. Also, we will not
allow any hate speech to exist on the site. Therefore Sudden Death
reserves the right to delete and/or edit any message posted to
the message boards as they see fit.
All posts to the message board become property of Sudden Death.
Sudden Death reserves the right to use any content posted in
the message board in any way that they see fit. This includes
but is not limited to quotes on promotional items, song ideas,
and lyrics. Any such use will be solely at Sudden Death's
discretion and the user who posted the item agrees not to seek
any compensation for the material including but not limited to
money, credit, or free merchandise.
Funny Music At Amazon.com Ads
Amazon.com, it's logo, and other intellectual properties are
a trademark of Amazon.com. Sudden Death is a member of Amazon's
affiliate program and therefore is allowed to post images and
"buy now" links on this site. Sudden Death makes no claim of
ownership to or relationship with any of the material listed
in the Amazon.com fields. All albums advertised are copyrighted
by their respective artists.
As a service to funny musicians Sudden Death allows any user to
add a listing to the Amazon.com ads. These listings are stored
on our servers in a database. Use of this service is limited to
funny musicians who wish to advertise comedy music albums on our
site. There is no charge for this service. Non comedy albums
found in the database will be deleted. Only albums that are
already listed at Amazon.com may be submitted. There is no
limit to the number of albums that can be submitted by an artist.
Three albums by three different artists are selected at random
each time the page loads. No artist will appear more than once in
the ad column. Due to the randomness involved Sudden Death can
make no promises or warantees about the number of times a specific
album will be displayed.
Fan Club Priveleges
Any member of the Sudden Death Fan Club found to be in violation
of these terms of service may lose their fan club priveleges
temporarily or permanently at the discretion of Sudden Death. Non
fan club members found in violation of these terms of service
may not be allowed to join the fan club.
Limit Of Liability
Use of this web site is done at your own risk. Sudden Death, its
members, fans, and associates will not be held responsible for any
damage or injury suffered as a result of the use of this web site or
the use of any Sudden Death related material or merchandise including
but not limited to any loss of data, physical or
emotional stress or harm, or loss of income.
Any individual who breaks any local or federal law pertaining to
this web site, its users, or the band including but not
limited to theft, slander, and fraud may face legal action.
Rules and Regulations regarding the Sudden Death Zombie Horde.
This section only applies to users who have siged up to be a member
of the Sudden Death Zombie Horde.
As a member of the Horde you are acting as a representative of the band
and are expected to conduct yourself as such. Use some common sense.
Don't do anything illegal, immoral, destructive, or otherwise
foolish while trying to promote the band. Sudden Death reserves the
right to expell any member of the Horde at any time with or without
warning (as the situation may merit) for any reason including but not
limited to violation of any of the rules outlined below.
1. You understand that your participation in the Zombie Horde is
100% voluntary. You are not obligated to do any of the assignments
listed on this web site.
2. If you choose to undertake any of the assignments listed on this
web site you do so at your own risk. Sudden Death will not be held
responsible for any damage to private or public property or any
harm to you or any other persons as a result of your actions.
3. You understand that you will not be paid for any of your actions
other than the accumulation of Maggots. The term "Maggots" as used
on this web site refers to an abstract counting system used to keep
track of your completed tasks. You will not receive actual living
or dead Maggots from the band.
4. Please do not share any content from this site with non Zombie
Horde members. Content on this site is meant to be exclusive to
Horde members and sharing it with non-members devalues it.
5. Sudden Death reserves the right to change any of the assignments
and/or any of the awards of this program at any time for any reason.
If an award is removed for any reason it will no longer be able to
be claimed by any Horde member.
6. You agree not to cause any damage to any public or private property
(including vandalism) and not to cause any physical, mental, or emotional
harm to any individuals (including yourself) while trying to complete
an assignment. Doing so result in a forfeiture of any Maggot points
you may have earned while doing the task and may result in expulsion
from the Horde.
7. Sudden Death reserves the right to shut down the Zombie Horde program
at any time for any reason. At such time all remaining Maggots will
be forfeit and no further prizes may be claimed.
8. Sudden Death is not responsible for your actions. You are.
